Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License & safety compliance to operate company vehicles.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service and automotive advice to DIY shoppers and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers on schedule.
• Load and unload parts according to route plans.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
