Job summary

JM Parcel Service LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team in Massachusetts. This role offers a $25.50 hourly pay rate, full-time permanent employment, and company-provided vehicle with no CDL required.

Shifts typically start mid-morning and run 8–10 hours daily across seven days per week. You will independently deliver packages for Amazon, maintain safety, use a handheld device for routing, and provide excellent customer service on every doorstep.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
• All drivers must wear a full company-issued uniform each workday as a mandatory condition of employment.
• Full-time drivers must work a Saturday or Sunday of each work week as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery details.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED and deliver packages and smiles to customers.
