Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Ohio. You will deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles, while upholding WOW! customer service, safety standards, and accurate load/unload procedures across routes.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, maintaining vehicles, and processing payments. Prior hands-on automotive knowledge and a valid license are required; Hazmat not required, but preferred endorsements are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts for strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and follow company policies to meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles.
