Job summary

AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll apply safe driving skills and enjoy career stability with growth opportunities in an essential industry.

Company-provided vehicles are used, and no CDL is required. Responsibilities include delivering parts to commercial customers, assisting DIY shoppers, loading/unloading, and maintaining delivery accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts or systems.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; report issues with vehicles promptly.
