Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to customers; load/unload parts per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and report vehicle issues promptly.
