Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver to transport tires, casings and related products for Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers. You will maintain customer relationships, assist with loading and unloading, and complete delivery documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, are at least 21, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No relocation is offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for the vehicle type required.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of new and retreaded tires, casings, wheels and related products between CTSC locations, customers, and Goodyear dealers.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships to meet satisfaction goals.
• Assist with loading/unloading and handling tires and wheels while following safety rules.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Provide Service Excellence - Always to meet location and customer goals.
• Keep equipment maintenance records up to date (e.g., DOT logs).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Perform light to heavy lifting and other manual tasks as needed.
