Scan Global Logistics in Hawthorne, CA is hiring a Delivery Driver - Class C. This full-time, on-site role requires a valid Class C license, a DOT Medical Card, and 2+ years of trucking experience, preferably in airport/logistics settings. You will operate trucks and vans, ensure timely deliveries, and comply with DOT regulations.

You must be punctual, safety‑minded, and able to read maps. The job involves loading/unloading, documentation, and occasional OT.

Qualifications

Requires valid Class C driver’s license and a DOT Medical Card.
2+ years trucking experience, preferably in airport/logistics or freight forwarding.
Clean driving record and insurability.
Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to read maps and use directions for efficient routing.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
Basic English for communication with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

Operate semi-trucks, vans, and other delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT safety regulations.
Transport goods along assigned routes following schedules and traffic laws.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling and secure cargo.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain signatures or POD.
