Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is hiring a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to coordinate deliveries to customer jobsites in Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and accurate paperwork, with potential forklift unloading at sites and collaboration with warehouse staff.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of CDL driving experience, a valid license with endorsements, and a clean MVR. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Attractive shifts and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience.
• Valid state CDL license (Class A or B) with endorsements.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience operating truck-mounted forklifts or related equipment preferred.
• Safety-minded with knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift to unload shipments at jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in vehicle maintenance and safe operation.
• Ensures manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders.

A CDL Driver at White Cap…

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.

• May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.

• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.

• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.

• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.

• Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license.

• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with applicable endorsements and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Experience delivering construction, industrial, building materials, or other heavy products to customer locations preferred.

• Experience operating truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett/Piggyback), forklifts, or other material handling equipment

• Strong commitment to safety, including knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, cargo securement, and safe driving practices

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships at jobsites and delivery locations

• Experience handling delivery documentation, manifests, bills of lading, and other transportation-related paperwork with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, order preparation, and inventory movement as needed

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus
