Job summary

AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll use company vehicles for safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, with no CDL required and career growth opportunities.

You will support store operations, maintain vehicle readiness, and handle payments and returns. AutoZone offers strong benefits and a commitment to caring for AutoZoners across the business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and follow safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow policies.
• Drive company vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines for a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report vehicle issues promptly.
