customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, using company-provided vehicles with no CDL requirement. Responsibilities include safe driving, accurate loading/unloading, and timely deliveries across assigned routes. Ideal candidates will have basic automotive knowledge, the ability to lift heavy items, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
