Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team in the United States. You will use company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial accounts and DIY customers while delivering WOW! customer service. You’ll handle loads, returns, and payments, and help keep routes efficient and on time.

The role requires driving safely, basic auto knowledge, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with a focus on WOW! service.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery routes and follow company policies.
• Drive company vehicles and load/unload items per schedule.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines.
• Process payments securely and according to policy.
• Stay knowledgeable on promotions and automotive products.
