Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to apply.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule flexibility including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts for teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, delivering parts to commercial customers and loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and report any vehicle issues promptly.
