Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
• Provide clear and professional automotive advice and offer installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies and ensure safe driving and working environment.
