Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to support store operations and provide WOW! customer service. You will drive company vehicles, load and deliver parts, and assist customers with automotive advice and services in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift and load merchandise, and a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Hazardous materials endorsement is a plus and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance required.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge expected.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and providing automotive advice and services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain delivery operations with timeliness and accuracy.
• Drive company vehicles and handle loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems.
