Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams by delivering parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers. You’ll use company-provided vehicles, uphold safety standards, and help ensure timely, accurate deliveries that keep the store running smoothly.

This role emphasizes friendly customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork with store staff. You’ll handle parts loading, transactions, and Returns, while following PPE guidelines and company policies to deliver WOW!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver automotive parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; report issues promptly.
