Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts safely and on time.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products via AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
