The role emphasizes WOW! customer service, teamwork with store personnel, and adherence to safety standards. A valid driver's license, basic automotive knowledge, and 18+ years of age are required, with Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain smooth teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns or pickups.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines.
• Process transactions securely according to policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products, maintain delivery vehicles.
