Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial and DIY customers with professional automotive advice and optional installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries; load/unload parts per route schedule.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
