Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with customers and providing clear automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations with time and accuracy goals while following company policy.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Manage returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
• Keep product knowledge current and report issues with delivery vehicles promptly.
