Responsabilités

• Deliver WOW! service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive guidance.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company vehicles and deliver parts to customers; load/unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policy.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date to assist customers effectively.
