Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial customers and DIY shoppers by delivering automotive parts with a focus on safety and accuracy. You will use company vehicles, load and unload items per route, and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding store policies.

Requirements include 18+, valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and deliver merchandise. Spanish/English bilingual and Hazmat endorsement are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
