Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.

• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and installation services.
• Coordinate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations to meet time and accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and report vehicle issues promptly.
