Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to provide WOW! customer service by delivering automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles.

You will load/unload parts, maintain safe driving practices, and assist customers with product knowledge in a fast-paced retail setting. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with Spanish and English speakers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry items as part of daily duties.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles.
• Load and unload parts according to route schedules.
• Provide clear, professional automotive advice and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with PPE and fleet safety policies.
• Process payments and return cores or parts as required.
