Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional WOW! customer service to both commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
• Collaborate with store teammates and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver automotive parts to commercial customers on schedule.
• Load and unload parts with care and accuracy per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Process cash and card transactions per company policies.
• Stay informed on promotions and maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
