Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per policy.
Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe workplace.
Process customer payments securely according to policy.
Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
