Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company rules
• Basic automotive knowledge required
• Ability to lift/load/deliver merchandise
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations with time and accuracy goals per policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
