Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts or operations.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and on time, maintaining route accuracy and following company policies.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and ensure accurate delivery.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to policy.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions and products through AutoZone systems.
