Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to support our store teams with reliable, safe deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers. You will drive company vehicles, maintain route accuracy, and provide excellent customer service while handling returns and pickups.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic automotive knowledge, and physical ability to lift and load merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice.
• Assist customers with product selection and offer installation services.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
