Responsibilities

Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
