Ilexav Logistics Corp is seeking Delivery Associates to join our founding team in the local area. You will operate a company van and deliver packages to homes and businesses, with paid training and a benefits package.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles as the company grows. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills, dependable attendance and teamwork.
• Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle.
• Load, organize, and deliver packages on time.
• Use a handheld device for navigation and package scanning.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each route.
• Follow delivery procedures and company safety standards.
• Communicate with Dispatch during your shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Willing to train and mentor new team members.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you'll safely operate a company delivery van while delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout the local community.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with Dispatch throughout your shift

• Must be willing to train and mentor new team members once qualified.

Schedule:

• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• 8 - 10 hour shifts per day
• Shifts available every day of the week

Weekend availability is required. Team members must be available to work at least one weekend day each week. Applicants without weekend availability will not be considered.
