Job summary

323 Logistics Solutions, LLC is seeking Delivery Associates to drive a van and drop off packages in the local community. Expect 8-10 hour shifts, 3-5 days per week, with shifts starting at 9:25 AM.

You will follow safety standards, interact professionally with customers, and use handheld devices to manage the delivery process. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be approved to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• DOT certification or medical card is a big plus.
• Able to operate a delivery step van and cargo van.
• Can move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Consent to a drug screening.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
• Authorized to work in United States.

You can plan on working about 3-5 days a week, a typical working day being 8-10 hours
All Shifts start at 9:25 AM.
Our drivers follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
You’ll interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
You’ll use handheld technology to manage the delivery process.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Delivery Associates / Drivers must meet the following requirements:

• be at least 21 years old;


• have a valid driver’s license within the state of employment


• a big plus to have a DOT certification or medical card and be able to get certified as a DOT driver as this is a required by our company


• be able to operate and navigate a delivery step van and cargo van;


• be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation;


• consent to a drug screening;


• have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
