The Aaron's Company, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver Assistant in Mississippi to support the Delivery Driver with loading, securing, installing and demonstrating merchandise at customer homes.

You’ll engage customers, handle basic electronics knowledge, and help ensure smooth on-site deliveries. The salary range for this role is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour/annually.*

The Details

What You Need

What You’ll Do

• Load, secure and protect merchandise
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
• Assist in store when needed
• Assist Delivery Drivers on route

Additional Requirements

• Age: 18
• Flexible Schedule (hours varying between 8am – 9pm)
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to perform physical job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
