Job summary

PAKS Logistics LLC is seeking a delivery driver in Toledo, OH. The role involves operating a company delivery van, delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses, and loading and unloading packages throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, be 21+, pass background checks, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather. The position offers 10-hour shifts, weekend work, and opportunities for scheduled raises and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass a background and motor vehicle check for the last 7 years.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening ( 4 Panel)
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Able to frequently enter/exit the delivery van and climb stairs
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Available for 10-hour shifts
• Available to work weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
• Load, organize, and unload packages.
• Use a handheld device for navigation and deliveries; follow safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Starting Pay: $20.50/hour Up to $21.00/hour within 6 months + bonuses

Delivery Driver Schedule

• 10-hour shifts: approximately 10:15 AM – 9:15 PM
• Work 3–4 days per week - Always allowed to pick up a 4th day on 3 day weeks
• Work two weekends on, then two weekends off
• Schedule set for whole year for easier planning
