Job summary

Double Arrow, LLC is hiring delivery drivers for an in-person role in Saint George, UT. No experience required. Shifts run 8–10 hours, with start times from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Wage is $22.25 per hour, with paid training and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with match, and PTO.

Employees receive a free yearly shoe credit and a referral bonus program, with company uniforms and a provided vehicle. Must be 21+, able to work in the U.S., and speak English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle at all times.

• Navigate routes and deliver packages to customers.
• Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs.
• Be customer obsessed and deliver joy to customers.

Shifts:Start times range between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Typical shifts last 8 to 10 hours. We operate 7 days a week, with full-time employees usually working 4 days per week

DELIVERY DRIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Complete vehicle inspections daily to ensure vehicle safety and Amazonstandards.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Navigate routes throughout delivery area.
• BE CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!We deliver packages and joy to our customers.
• Able to get in and out of van as well as walk up and down stairs/hills throughout shift.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Lift, twist, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbs.
