BDL LOGISTICS INC, a DSP team for Amazon, is hiringDelivery Associates to drive a company van and deliver Amazon packages in Southern Massachusetts and nearby communities. Onboarding starts immediately with training conducted right away.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with overtime paid after 40 hours and two weeks of paid time off. The role emphasizes safety, customer focus, and a positive attitude to meet delivery timelines.

As a Delivery Associate (DA) for BDL LOGISTICS Inc a DSP team For Amazon, it will be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders are safely delivered on time, to the right location, with a pleasant greeting.

Successful DA's work well with other team members, are willing to help, work to accomplish assigned tasks with a positive attitude, and have a willingness to tackle any challenge with enthusiasm.

General Responsibilities

• Use company issued phone with designated apps to accurately deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles. Able to set up accounts and use company designated applications and company email.
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Safely maneuver company van.
  • To avoid incidents or accidents with other vehicles or other's property.
  • In all weather conditions, and in the evening with limited visibility/darkness.
• May assist in training other team members- opportunities for advancement.
