Overview

Job Description: Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team. IMMEDIATE HIRE! Short or Long shifts - YOUR CHOICE. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Flexible Scheduling! Part time and Full-time hours available – Work the shifts that work for you.

Delivery Experts have access to technology to support fast, safe delivery of Domino’s products. Our drivers can choose their own schedules, with shifts available to fit part-time or full-time needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Operate either a personal vehicle (with adjustable mileage reimbursement) or a company-provided vehicle (must be at least 21, have a clean driving record, and a minimum 2 years of driving history).
• Follow safe driving practices and adhere to company policies to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize available technology to facilitate efficient deliveries and route planning.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to Motor Vehicle Report review).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and the ability to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet quality standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze data, and make good judgments and decisions.

Work Conditions

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering products or distributing materials.
• Indoor and outdoor temperatures can range from coolers around 36°F to hot areas 90°F and above.
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust may be present.
• Compact work areas, including walk-in coolers; hot surfaces/tools such as ovens up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Duties & Requirements

• Walking/Carrying/Climbing: Deliver pizzas and beverages between store, vehicle, and customer location; may require climbing stairs (5+ flights) during delivery.
• Driving: Use safe driving practices to deliver within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Stooping/Bending: Repeated bending at the waist during pizza assembly, stock and front counter tasks; occasional crouching to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: Frequent reaching overhead and forward to operate ovens, adjust signage, stock, and retrieve supplies.
• Hand Tasks: Frequent use of hands for dough handling, using pizza peel, rolling cutter, assembling boxes, and other manual tasks.
• Sensing: Visual and depth perception required for in-store tasks and driving; ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces and operate at various light levels.
