Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Norfolk is looking for delivery drivers to bring hot pizzas to customers with a friendly, can-do attitude. You will navigate routes, manage timely deliveries, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, ideal for a second job or student; Domino's promotes from within, with many managers starting as drivers through the Management Development Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle used for delivery.
• Willing to have video monitoring in your vehicle (Netradyne/Driveosity).
• Downtime duties include cleaning tasks to help the store.

Earning Potential:

• Tip Wage: Delivery Experts earn a base hourly tip wage of $8.00 per hour.
• Minimum Guaranteed Earnings: When combined with earned tips, your hourly rate is guaranteed to meet or exceed the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery.
• Safety Monitoring: Must be willing to have a video monitor (Netradyne) installed in your vehicle to help avoid collisions and incidents while driving. Or potentially Driveosity, which is a service that monitors your driving to ensure safe driving.
• During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.

• Possess navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
