Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Virginia Beach is seeking a part-time Delivery Expert to bring food from the oven to customers’ doors promptly and professionally. You will join Team Sharma and support fast, friendly service with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a clear path from driver to management development, while earning a base wage plus tips that meets the state minimum wage and potentially higher earnings with tips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery.
• Safety Monitoring: must be willing to have a video monitor installed in your vehicle.
• During downtime, you sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.

Compensation & Rewards
Earning Potential:
Our drivers earn a competitive split tip wage which consists of a base cash wage plus tips, guaranteed to meet or exceed the applicable state minimum wage.

• Tip Wage: Delivery Experts earn a base hourly tip wage of $8.00 per hour.
• Minimum Guaranteed Earnings: When combined with earned tips, your hourly rate is guaranteed to meet or exceed the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour.
