Job summary

Key Remnant Delivery is seeking reliable, independent delivery drivers to join our team in Greenwood, Indiana. Full-time drivers work a 4-day, 40-hour schedule with overtime and a requirement to work Sundays or Saturdays.

Pay ranges from $22.50 to $25.50 per hour, with benefits including PTO, 401K matching, education support up to $5,250 per year, shoe promotions, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Consent to a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Possess a clean motor vehicle report over the past 7 years; multiple violations can be disqualifier
• Must have good English communication

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicle in all weather conditions and light/dark conditions
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; lift packages up to 50 lbs; enter/exit van at various locations
• Lift and carry small packages up to 50 lbs
• Deliver packages on time and to customer specifications
• Use smartphone apps for communication, GPS, delivery, and clocking in/out
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
