Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC is seeking motivated individuals for a delivery driver role based out of DWA5 in Maple Valley, WA. You will deliver 150-300 packages daily in a multi-city area around Issaquah, Newcastle, Sammamish, Redmond, Woodinville, Duvall, Carnation and Monroe, with a signing bonus and clear path for pay progression.

Starting pay is $26.25 per hour, with potential weekly earnings up to $1,310 including base pay, overtime, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States.
• Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen.
• Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van.
• Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day.
• You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.

Job Description

This position is based out of DWA5 in Maple Valley, WA. We proudly serve the Issaquah, Newcastle, Sammamish, Redmond, Woodinville, Duvall, Carnation and Monroe areas. We do not deliver to downtown Bellevue or anywhere in the City of Seattle.

**Signing Bonus:

• $300.00
• Must complete an average of 3 routes per week for 8 weeks.

Compensation:

• $26.25 starting hourly pay.
• Up to $1,310.00 per week* includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses
  

Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases. Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety.

These include:

• 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $26.25to $26.50per hour.
• 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $27.00per hour.
• 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $27.50per hour.

Delivery Driver Start Time:

• Start time 9:30am - shifts range between 8-10 hours per day.
• Shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week.
• Part time work is 3 days per week.

Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers:

• Amazon-branded vehicle provided, Non-CDL
• Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance
• Uniforms
• Safety shoes after completion of driver training
• Snacks and beverages
