Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers to operate a 26 ft. box truck and complete deliveries to local home improvement stores. This full-time role requires loading and unloading, delivering 15–20 packages daily, and working 8–10 hours with Saturday flexibility.

Training is provided and a CDL is not required. A customer-focused mindset and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 7 years.
• Ability to operate a 26 ft box truck.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent and verifiable box truck driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment screenings, including DOT physicals and Drug Test.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Drive to local home improvement stores to load trucks, then deliver packages safely and on time in all weather conditions.
• Work approximately 8-10 hours per day.
• Complete 15 – 20 deliveries per day.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules to meet operational needs, including every Saturday.
• Operate a company-provided handheld device to manage and confirm deliveries.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and local store associates.
