Qualifications

• Prior experience driving 26′ box trucks, U-Haul, or similar vehicles.
• Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical, drug & alcohol testing.
• Familiarity with FMCSA Hours-of-Service rules and Electronic Logging Devices.
• Able to lift and carry freight up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive loading tasks.
• Comfortable using smartphone or tablet for routing and delivery confirmations.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently.

Job Description

Compensation:$20.50 / hour

As a26′ Box Truck Driverat Ezway Delivery, you’ll ensure that customer. Pack moves safely and on-time. You’ll start and end each shift at Warehouse WMO1, perform your own loading/unloading, and follow a GPS-coordinated route through our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Trip Inspection:Conduct DOT-required safety checks (brakes, lights, tires, secure cargo, etc.)
• Load & Unload:Secure packages and freight with straps or load bars in your truck
• Follow Your Route:Adhere to GPS directions, planned stops, and all traffic laws
• Deliver with Care:Provide professional, courteous service at every delivery
• Vehicle Maintenance:Keep your box truck clean, fueled, and report any maintenance issues immediately
• Compliance & Reporting:Maintain accurate logs in the ELD system, report delays or safety concerns to management
