Avantt Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Paducah, KY, is hiring Delivery Drivers at $22.35/hr with weekly pay. This full-time role requires non-CDL driving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and delivering packages along local routes.

You will start with a daily shift pattern, part of a team that values reliability and customer smiles. Training is provided; health and retirement benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Valid non-CDL driver's license.
• Ability to lift/carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load/unload packages at the warehouse each morning.
• Deliver packages along a mapped route in Paducah.
• Operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle safely and legally.
• Use handheld device to manage delivery workflow and routes.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers professionally.
• Work 3–5 days per week with 8–10 hour day shifts.
