Job summary

Express Transit llc in Florida is seeking a non-CDL delivery driver. Vehicle provided. Approximate hours 11:10 am to 9:35 pm, shifts 8-10 hours, 7 days per week. You will deliver packages safely and on time across assigned routes.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, plus using a handheld device for routing and customer interactions in all weather. Training is paid; overtime and PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle at all times.
• Stand, walk and sit for 10 hours a day.
• Stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use handheld device for routing information and delivery details.
• Be comfortable driving in varying weather conditions.
• Interact with customers and communicate effectively.
• Load and unload packages for delivery

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Required to stand, walk and sit for 10 hours a day.
• Regularly required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable interacting and speaking with customers.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
