Job summary

LuxGo Logistics LLC is seeking a Delivery Associate in Lowell, Arkansas to safely deliver packages and provide friendly customer service.

You will load and unload packages, conduct vehicle inspections, and follow safety protocols while working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

No experience is required; paid training is provided along with health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and an option for early access to wages.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring care and accuracy.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure vans are in excellent condition.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Physically demanding, including frequent walking, climbing in/out of vehicles, and lifting.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting safety and performance standards.
