Job summary

Domino's in Morrisville, NC is seeking an enthusiastic team member for our delivery team. You will play a key role in taking orders, ensuring accuracy, and delivering items with great service.

You will collect payments, promote specials, maintain grooming standards, and work with a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. This role offers cross-training and opportunities to contribute to a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
