General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients, manage delivery area and storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Complete training, orientation and on‑the‑job instructions.
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers both in person and over the phone.
• Deliver products to multi‑story buildings, private homes and other sites while carrying product.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36° in the cooler to 90° or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust and other particles.
• Working in cramped quarters including walk‑in coolers, handling hot surfaces up to 500° and moving mechanical parts.
