Delivery drivers with great customer service skills can earn $14 - $25 or more per hour including tips. Mileage reimbursement is also provided in addition to your hourly pay and tips. Many members of our management also started out as Delivery Experts, so there is plenty of opportunity to expand grow with the company.

We are currently seeking Delivery Experts for all of our Los Angeles County locations.

Qualifications

Job Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Training: orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers and to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Physical Demands

• Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, unloaded with a hand truck.
• Carry large cans, pizza sauce (30 lb), and trays up to 12 lbs.
• Deliver pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Drive within designated delivery area, making multiple deliveries per shift.
• Push or pull trays on a dolly up to 7.5 lbs of force.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and stacking onto shelves up to 72” high.
• Bending, crouching, and reaching into high areas such as up to 72”.
• Temperature exposure ranging from 36° to 90+°F, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, and sharp edges or moving mechanical parts.
