RPM Pizza is seeking delivery drivers in Biloxi, Mississippi. The role involves providing a friendly customer experience, upholding Domino’s brand standards, and delivering orders efficiently while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 21 with 2+ years driving, possess a valid license, and are comfortable with a dash camera and company equipment. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain company dash camera and return equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.

Qualifications

• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.Ability to work at stations 36"-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
