Driving History Requirements

• 18 years of age: proof of at least 2 years of driving history immediately preceding MVR evaluation
• 19 years of age: proof of at least 1 year of driving history immediately preceding MVR evaluation
• Learner's permit allowed only as proof; we do not accept drivers without an official license
• No more than two driving‑related violations in the past two years
• No more than three driving‑related violations in the past three years
• No more than one at‑fault accident in the past three years

• Leaving the scene of an accident
• Hit and run
• Reckless driving
